Carrier registration for our company is by invitation only. To be considered, please complete the requested information, and if approved, a team member will send you an invitation to register.

Before completing this form and receiving an invitation:

• You must be an authorized representative of the carrier
• You must have legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the carrier
• Your electronic submission of the Carrier Contract constitutes your official electronic signature and agreement to its terms when completing the onboarding on Highway.
